Older Women On Weights

This group was started as a forum for older women power lifters, older women who are curious about power lifting, and older women who are (or are thinking about) participating in resistance training to improve their over all health. Members are encouraged to share new personal lifting records, healthy recipes, fitness and dietary successes and frustrations, and coordinate partnered training times and meet entries. Females AND males who are coaches, or just supportive of the older women lifters in their lives are also welcome.
